I've seen 11 UFOS since childhood.  Check out Wordsofpeace.org too.  I saw instant re-location [less than 20 ft.] of a craft saucer less than 100 ft. away ! outside of a N.W flight yrs. ago at night over Tallahasse Fl. going down for a landing just below the clouds. A full moon was out . If they can do that, distance does not matter. They could do that anywhere at all at any distance.  Byam
